Day 32 of pastry school:

• Week old sourdough starter explodes out of plastic container and onto entire contents of bag
• Tampons, loose change, a tangled ball of misc. necklaces, and other unmentionables are covered in my aborted, goopy yeast baby
• My digital scale is among the listed casualties (which of course is something I use EVERY DAY)
• We made pizza and calzones the entire day
