I really need opinions on this because I, personally, rarely like a fruit-based pie. I want to know how exactly, you like your pie. I.E. - Texture of the crust, a little under baked, a little over baked, can the fruit be too soft, sweet vs. more savory crust, etc, etc. Pie preferences if you please?
